Beschreibung

General description

Ein unspezifischer Inhibitor der Phospholipase A₂ (PLA₂). Wirkt als ein Acetylcholin-Rezeptor-Antagonist. Unterdrückt die glibenclamidsensitiven K⁺-Ströme (IC₅₀ = 4,4 µ;M). Hemmt auch die Monoaminoxidase (MAO).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Non-selective MAO-A/B inhibitor.

Produkt konkurriert nicht mit ATP.

Reversibel: nein

Zellpermeabel: nein

Ziel-IC₅₀: 4,4 µ;M für die Unterdrückung der glibenclamidsensitiven K+-Ströme

Preparation Note

Stammlösungen sind bei 20 °;C bis zu 60 h haltbar.
