Beschreibung

General description

Ein potenter, reversibler, mit ATP konkurrierender und selektiver Inhibitor der Src-Familie der Protein-Tyrosinkinasen. Hemmt p56^lck (IC₅₀ = 4 nM), p59^fynT (IC₅₀ = 5 nM), Hck (IC₅₀ = 5 nM) und Src (IC₅₀ = 100 nM). Hat keine signifikante Wirkung auf die Aktivität von EGFR-Kinase (IC₅₀ = 480 nM), JAK2 (IC₅₀ >;50 µ;M), oder ZAP-70 (IC₅₀ >; 100 µ;M). Hemmt die Aktivierung von fokaler Adhäsionskinase und deren Phosphorylierung bei Tyr⁵⁷⁷. Hemmt außerdem potent die von Anti-CD3-Antikörpern stimulierte Tyrosinphosphorylierung menschlicher T-Zellen (IC₅₀ = 600 nM). Eine 10-mM-Lösung (1 mg/331 µ;l) von PP2 (Kat.-Nr. <;A href="https://./?[islink]ViewProductDetail-BySKU&;#124;&;#124;SKU&;#124;EMD_BIO-529576&;#124;[/islink]">;529576<;/A>;) in DMSO ist ebenfalls erhältlich.
