General description

Mit Phenol-Petrolether extrahiertes Lipopolysaccharid (LPS) mit ≤;0,3 % Proteinen. LPS 595 (Re) stimuliert nachweislich den Toll-like-Rezeptor-4 (TLR4), aber nicht den TLR2, in menschlichen Zelllinien.

Stimuliert den Toll-like-Rezeptor-4(TLR4)-Signalweg in menschlichen Zelllinien.

Produkt konkurriert nicht mit ATP.

Zellpermeabel: nein

Preparation Note

Eine Erwärmung auf 37 °;C durch intermittierendes Vortexen oder Ultraschall kann erforderlich sein, um eine vollständige Solubilisierung in H₂;O zu erreichen.

Nach der Rekonstitution im Kühlschrank aufbewahren (bei 4 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.
