Beschreibung

General description

Eine Thienyl-Naphthalimid-Verbindung, die als ein starker, auf die ATP-Bindungsstelle gerichteter Inhibitor von JNK2 und JNK3 (pIC₅₀ = 6,5 bzw. 6,7) fungiert und gegen JNK1, p38α; und ein Panel von über 30 weiteren Kinasen nur wenig oder keine Aktivität aufweist (pIC₅₀<;5,0). Im Gegensatz dazu weist SP600125 unter gleichen Assay-Bedingungen eine geringe Selektivität zwischen JNK1 und JNK3 auf (pIC₅₀ = 6,4 bzw. 5,9).
