General description
Natives Haptoglobin aus menschlichem Plasma. Ein hämoglobinbindendes Akutphasen-Protein, das die Kristallisierung von Cholesterin fördert und in menschlichem Plasma bei 82 bis 236 mg pro Deziliter vorkommt. Es ist ein Tetramer, bestehend aus α;- und β;-Polypeptid-Ketten.

Salzfrei.
Preparation Note
Aus Plasma hergestellt, das in zertifizierten Tests für HBsAg und Antikörper gegen HIV und HCV als negativ befunden wurde.
Nach der Rekonstitution in Aliquote aufteilen und einfrieren (-20 °;C). Stammlösungen sind bei -20 °;C bis zu 3 Monate haltbar.
