General description

Ein spezifischer, reversibler und mit dem Substrat konkurrierender Inhibitor von PKG (K_i = 86 µ;M) in Abhängigkeit von PKA (K_i = 550 µ;M). Die Sequenz entspricht einem nicht phosphorylierbaren Analog (Ser³² zu Ala³²) des Histons H2B (Aminosäuren 29–35).

Ein spezifischerer, reversibler und mit dem Substrat konkurrierender Inhibitor von Proteinkinase G (K_i = 86 µ;M) in Abhängigkeit von Proteinkinase A (K_i = 550 µ;M). Die Sequenz entspricht einem nicht phosphorylierbaren Analog (Ser³² zu Ala³²) des Histons H2B (Aminosäuren 29–35).
