Färbt lebende Zellen grün. Substrat für Esterasen. Geeignet für die Verwendung in Zell-Viabilitätsassays. Eine Entfernung der Acetatgruppen durch zelluläre Esterasen führt bei Zellen mit intakten Membranen zu Fluoreszenz.

Substrat für Lipasen und Esterasen. Abs. Max: 498 nm.

Preparation Note

Instabil in Lösung. Direkt vor der Verwendung rekonstituieren.
