AEBSF, CAS-Nr. 30827-99-7, ist ein spezifischer, irreversibler Inhibitor von Chymotrypsin, Kallikrein, Plasmin, Thrombin, Trypsin und ähnlichen thrombolytischen Enzymen. Eine nichttoxische Alternative zu PMSF und DFP.

Spezifischer, irreversibler Inhibitor von Serinproteasen. Hemmt Chymotrypsin, Kallikrein, Plasmin, Thrombin, Trypsin und ähnliche thrombolytische Enzyme. Stabile, nichttoxische Alternative zu PMSF (Katalog-Nr. 52332). Ein β-Sekretaseinhibitor, der die Produktion von β-Amyloidpeptid (Aβ) hemmt und die Sekretion von Amyloid-Vorläuferprotein (sAPPU_α) in mehreren Zelllinien um Konzentrationen im Millimolbereich steigert. Verwenden Sie für die meisten Anwendungen die gleiche Stoffmengenkonzentration (0,1–1,0 mmol/l) wie für PMSF. Auch als 50-mmol/l-Lösung in H₂O erhältlich (Katalognr. 508436).

Hemmt Chymotrypsin, Kallikrein, Plasmin, Thrombin, Trypsin und ähnliche thrombolytische Enzyme. Stabile, nichttoxische Alternative zu PMSF (Katalog-Nr. 52332). Wird für die meisten Anwendungen in der gleichen Stoffmengenkonzentration (0,1–1,0 mmol/l) wie PMSF verwendet. Zeigt eine schwach hemmende Wirkung gegen Proteinase K.

Preparation Note

Nach der Rekonstitution im Kühlschrank aufbewahren (bei 4 °C). Wässrige Stammlösungen sind bei 4 °C bis zu 2 Monate haltbar. Bei einem alkalischen pH-Wert (8–9) findet eine leichte Hydrolyse statt.
