This product is a sterile, concentrated cell culture supernatant available in a 1 mL volume. The concentration is lot specific, but typically runs at approximately 60 ug/mL. The working concetration is reported on the Certificate of Analysis. T cell activation is tested using Jurkat cells and recent lots report an optimum working concentration of 0.5 ug/mL.
