Application

Anti-ZFC3H1 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. Biochem/physiol Actions

ZFC3H1 (Zinc finger, C3H1-type containing) is an uncharacterized zinc finger protein. It acts as a Celastramycin A binding protein. It helps to inhibit the production of antibacterial peptides, as well as restricts the TNFα-mediated induction of IL-8 in mammalian cells. It has also been reported that ZFC3H1 may participate in indirect interaction with ERCC1 in an activated DNA repair complex.
