It contains lower detergent concentrations compared to 43-041 and should not be utilized as the assay buffer in the kit. MPEQ-AB should specifically be used in the wash steps.

General description
This panel includes key phosphoproteins from the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway such as Akt (pS473, pT308), mTOR (pS2448), p70 S6K, RPS6, 4E-BP1, and GSK-3α/β. These analytes regulate cell survival, growth, protein synthesis, and metabolism through coordinated phosphorylation events.
Application
