The glass components, including the frits, are all made of borosilicate glass, so the 450°C heat and slow cooling should not be a problem. However, the non-glass components cannot withstand this temperature. The non-glass components can be separated from the glass components and cleaned separately. The red connector is made from HDPE, and the gasket is PTFE and silicone. If you need additional information, please let me know.
