 ；什麼是  T7 Promoter Sequence？

T7啟動子是一組長達18個碱基對的DNA序列，直到+1處的轉錄起始位點（5' - 5' - 5' - 5' - 5' - 5' - 5' - 5' - 5'）。TAATACGACTCACTATAG - 3'），它被 T7 RNA 聚合酶¹  識別。T7 啟動子常用於調節重組蛋白質的基因表達，其後可用於各種下游研究應用²。
