GC色譜柱
要改善色譜分離效果,首先要選擇適當的色譜柱。在 GC 中,有兩種色譜柱可供選擇:毛細管色譜柱和填料色譜柱。
填料 GC 色譜柱
封裝 GC 色譜柱由不鏽鋼、PTFE 或玻璃管組成,管內填充填料(固定相)。填料柱可處理較大量的樣品,且不易受污染。玻璃柱用於惰性要求較高的應用,金屬柱用於要求較低的應用,而 PTFE 柱則是低溫應用的首選。
毛細管 GC 柱
毛細管 GC 色譜柱最適合高靈敏度的檢測。毛細管色谱柱由一條纖細的熔融石英玻璃管組成,其中的固定相經化學接合或塗佈在色谱柱內表面。
