This is a dual-layer SPE tube containing both Supelclean ENVI-Carb (upper layer) and LC-NH2 (lower layer) SPE sorbents, separated by a polyethylene frit. The ENVI-Carb layer is a carbon surface with a hexagonal ring structure. The LC-NH2 layer is an aminopropyl (5%) monomerically bonded onto carbon.
