    1. This pressure regulator is suitable for "high purity" grade gases which have specifications of >99.998% absolute purity. Separate specialty pressure regulators are manufactured for use with "ultra-high purity" grade gases, which generally have specifications of >99.999% purity and maximum ppm concentration thresholds for individual gas impurities.
