Trizma®盐酸溶液是一种有用的生物缓冲剂。

應用

Trizma®盐酸溶液可用于以下研究:
  • 作为大鼠成纤维细胞2-D电泳的缓冲液。
  • 作为高分子量植物 DNA(50,000 碱基对或更长)的快速分离缓冲液。
  • 生物素的选择性免疫沉淀标记的DNA与抗生素IgG和葡萄球菌 sp。
所有缓冲液的 pH 值都与温度和浓度相关。对于 Tris 缓冲液,温度每降低 1°C,pH 增加约 0.03 个单位,浓度每稀释 10 倍,pH 降低 0.03-0.05 个单位。
对于精确应用,使用带有玻璃/甘汞复合电极的经仔细校正的 pH 计。
