Combination of decitabine with proscillaridin A produced profound gene expression reprogramming associated with down-regulation of 153 epigenetic regulators including SYMD3 and KDM8. Proscillaridin A was recently identified as a potent anti-HBV agent (IC50 = 7.2?nM).
