We have generated FLAG-Knock in ZNF219 cell lines and robustly confirmed it with a range of techniques including genome sequencing, LC-MS/MS protein analysis and shRNA-mediated KD and CRISPR/Cas9 Knock out experiments. we tested this antobody in our KO and KD samples and realsied that it is detecting something at 100 Kda which is not ZNF219.
