生化/生理作用
成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)19通过激活FGF受体4来控制靶器官中的胆汁酸、脂肪酸、葡萄糖和磷酸盐代谢。FGF19通过激活胰岛素非依赖性内分泌途径调节肝蛋白和糖原代谢。在糖尿病小鼠中,FGF19降低了血清葡萄糖和甘油三酸酯的水平。该基因的过度表达导致肝细胞癌(HCC)的发展。
