嘌呤能受体 P2Y1是G 蛋白偶联受体的成员。 P2Y1 基因定位于人染色体3q25.2。它存在于心脏、血管、前列腺、睾丸、卵巢和神经组织中。
免疫原
对应于大鼠或人P2Y1残基242-258的合成肽。
應用
兔内产生的抗嘌呤能受体 P2Y1抗体已用于免疫印迹（稀释度1:200）和免疫组化（稀释度1:50）。
生化／生理作用
嘌呤能受体 P2Y1 可用作细胞外 ATP 和 ADP 的受体。它对于 ADP 诱导的血小板活化、聚集和血栓形成至关重要。P2Y1还参与基于内皮细胞的核苷酸诱导松弛和钙动员。它是产生新的抗血小板化合物和抗炎策略的潜在靶标。
