一般說明
黑色素是存在于脊椎动物表面结构中的重要色素,可导致皮肤变色。它具有三种形式,如:真黑素(eumelanin),褐黑素(pheomelanin),神经黑素(neuromelanin)。黑色素具有阳离子螯合和氧化还原特性。它是强效的光吸收剂。黑色素起化学保护和光保护性颜料的作用。该基因的突变与眼白化病、白癜风、花斑病和瓦登伯格综合征有关。
應用
黑色素已用于:
