生化/生理作用

甲芬那酸是一种止痛消炎药。它可作为环氧合酶(COX)的抑制剂。它具有肝毒性,并与肝损伤有关。相反,甲芬那酸通过抑制谷氨酸盐诱导的细胞毒性,在体内缺血性中风模型中引起神经保护作用。由于对前列腺素合成的抑制作用,甲草胺可用于减轻水肿和疼痛。
