一般說明
髓磷脂碱性蛋白（MBP）是一种亲水性蛋白质，主要在少突胶质细胞（ oligodendrocyte）中表达。它在神经系统的髓鞘形成、髓鞘形成前的信号通路和神经损伤后的髓鞘再生中起关键作用。抗髓磷脂碱性蛋白（MBP）抗体可用于蛋白质印迹和流式细胞术。兔抗髓磷脂碱性蛋白抗体与小鼠、大鼠和人髓磷脂碱性蛋白发生特异反应。
髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)是18.5kDa的蛋白，由定位于人类染色体18q22qter的基因编码。MBP是髓鞘的主要成分，在中枢神经系统(CNS)中高表达。
免疫原
对应于人髓鞘碱性蛋白的残基 102-116 的合成肽。
應用
兔生产的抗髓磷脂碱性蛋白（MBP）抗体可用于：
- 间接免疫标记
- 免疫组化。
- 蛋白质印迹。
抗髓磷脂碱性蛋白（MBP）抗体（1：200 稀释）可用作双荧光标记中的一抗。它还可用于免疫印迹法检测髓磷脂碱性蛋白。
生化／生理作用
髓磷脂碱性蛋白（MBP）在髓鞘的形成中起重要作用，并且与各种神经障碍有关。髓磷脂碱性蛋白作为自身免疫疾病实验性变应性脑脊髓炎（EAE）中的抗原靶点。髓磷脂碱性蛋白在细胞骨架更新和膜延伸中起重要作用。此外，它还参与 Fyn 介导的信号途径、磷酸肌醇的隔离和钙稳态的调节。髓磷脂碱性蛋白作为丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（MAP）激酶的体外底物起作用，并有助于酶的纯化和功能研究。
