Imiquimod is a toll-like receptor (TLR)-7/8 agonist.[1]

應用

Imiquimod has been used as TLR7 agonist for TLR7 agonist enhancement studies.[2] It has also been used as an NLR family, pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) stimulant to treat NLRP3-FL-Btn and FLAG-ASC-FL.[3]

生化/生理作用

咪喹莫特是半胱天冬酶 3 激活剂,可直接诱导半胱天冬酶 3 裂解为活性半胱天冬酶 3。咪喹莫特在体内 诱导基底细胞癌凋亡 。其抗肿瘤活性与诱导细胞凋亡有关。咪喹莫特具有抗血管生成、抗炎、抗病毒活性。咪喹莫特还可作为免疫应答调节剂,诱导多种细胞因子和趋化因子的分泌。
