一般說明

碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF-Basic) 存在于基底膜和内皮下细胞外基质中。FGF-Basic 在胚胎发育早期被诱导,它是胚胎干细胞(ESC) 和谱系定义的干细胞的多能性和自我更新所必需的(但不充分); 其中它起到支持增殖和抑制分化的作用。hESC 的自我更新取决于激活素/Nodal/Smad2,3 分支的激活和 TGFβ 家族细胞信号传导程序的 BMP/GDF/Smad5 分支的抑制。FGF-Basic 是多能性节点支持的感受态因子。FGF-Basic 是维持干细胞特性所必需且充分的。它诱导人 ES 细胞中 Nodal 和 FGF-Basic 的表达。

應用
