一般說明

• 黑色壁板自发荧光更少，信噪比高，CV 低。

非结合表面(NBS^™)多孔板具有一种改性聚合物表面(PS)，可形成非离子型亲水性表面（聚乙烯氧化物样），从而最大限度地减少生物相互作用，提高信噪比。 结果表明，NBS能够显著降低蛋白质和核酸与聚合物的结合（<2 ng/cm²；与PS & PP表面相比，超过90%的蛋白结合降低），保持酶活性，抑制多种细胞系的粘附。这些用于检测板的新表面技术非常适合同相杂交，如闪烁迫近分析法(SPA)。 除了信噪比增加20倍以上，选定化验也显示出更高的灵敏度和特异性。 对于384孔板，建议工作体积最多20 μL至80 μL。
