生化/生理作用
乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)被认为是神经毒性的生物标志物。它是一氧化氮信号转导通路的调节剂,是细胞膜完整性和衰老的标志。乙酰胆碱酯酶水解胆碱酯。它终止了胆碱能突触的脉冲传递。乙酰胆碱酯酶通过神经递质乙酰胆碱(ACh)快速水解成醋酸盐和胆碱来实现。乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂可防止胆碱酯酶分解乙酰胆碱,并增加神经递质作用的水平和持续时间。
乙酰胆碱的主要降解酶体内。将乙酰胆碱+氢2O转化为胆碱+乙酸。
