General description

IgG（免疫球蛋白 G）抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中。哺乳动物IgG具有四个亚类：IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG2c。

Application

兔源抗狗IgG（全分子）过氧化物酶抗体可用于：

Noro病毒的ELISA（酶联免疫检测）检测（1:2000稀释，37°C下孵育一小时）
IgG（免疫球蛋白 G）染色法
ELISA测定，检测RVGTM（狂犬病病毒G蛋白质变体）结合情况

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG(免疫球蛋白 G)抗体可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。抗狗IgG抗体是一种二抗。二抗针对一抗，一抗可与特定抗原结合形成抗原抗体复合物。
