生化/生理作用

环己酰亚胺(CHX)是由链霉菌属产生的一种抗生素。它的主要生物学活性是真核生物中的翻译抑制,从而导致细胞生长停滞和细胞死亡。CHX被广泛用于抗CHX的酵母和真菌菌株的选择、蛋白质合成的受控抑制以检测短寿命蛋白质和蛋白质表达的超诱导作用、以及诱导凋亡或促进通过死亡受体诱导的凋亡。
