準備報告
工作浓度:结合物的工作浓度取决于应用类型和底物。以下浓度可作为指导:
工作溶液:磷酸盐缓冲液,pH 7.4
如改用水配制溶液,抗体会形成沉淀。
- ELISA:2-4 μg/ml
- 免疫组织细胞化学:0.5-2 μg/ml
- 原位杂交:0.2-0.4 μg/ml
- 蛋白质印迹:0.5-2 μg/ml
工作溶液:磷酸盐缓冲液,pH 7.4
如改用水配制溶液,抗体会形成沉淀。
重構
加入1 mL双蒸水至最终浓度100 μg/ml。
使用前再复溶(重悬)15分钟。
