一般說明

异柠檬酸脱氢酶1(IDH1)是一种46 kDa NADP依赖性酶,可催化异柠檬酸脱羧为α-酮戊二酸。IDH1还可能在预防氧化损伤以及蛋白质向过氧化物酶体的穿梭中发挥作用。广泛报道IDH1中的突变导致各种类型的神经胶质瘤。

特異性

该抗体对异柠檬酸脱氢酶1(IDH1)的R132H突变具有特异性。

免疫原
