N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体亚基NR1（NMDAR1）是属于谷氨酸门控离子通道家族的多通道膜蛋白，是包含四聚体蛋白NMDAR的两个亚基之一，位于整个大脑的兴奋性突触中。NMDAR1由甘氨酸介导，是兴奋性毒性，学习，记忆获得，突触可塑性和突触发成的关键组成部分。它还对涉及谷氨酸神经传递和细胞表面NMDA受体靶向的神经元功能起调节作用。作为谷氨酸门控离子通道，NMDAR1具有高度的钙渗透性，并且以电压依赖性方式对镁具有敏感性。

儲存和穩定性

使用建议：收到后，在取下瓶盖之前，将小瓶离心并轻轻混合溶液。分装到微量离心管中，并储存于 -20°C。避免反复冻融，其可能会破坏IgG并影响产品性能。
注意：冷藏室温度变化至低于-20°C时可能导致含甘油的溶液在储存过程中冻结。
