StrepTag II单克隆抗体是一种小鼠单克隆抗体(IgG1),对8-aa StrepTag II肽具有高特异性和亲和力。纯化的抗体以1:1000的稀释度产生强烈的信号,用于蛋白质印迹和斑点印迹。该单克隆抗体可检测低至5 ng的StrepTag II融合蛋白,与细菌、哺乳动物和昆虫裂解物的交叉反应性可忽略不计。该抗体以冻干形式提供,应在浓度为0.2 mg/ml的磷酸盐缓冲盐水PBS中复溶。StrepTag II单克隆抗体适用于化学发光和比色检测。
