一般說明

兔血清补体是一种天然的兔血清补体。测试了HLA-ABC血清学的适用性。在使用确定的HLA同种抗血清的NIH两步细胞毒性试验的条件下确定的总淋巴溶解补体活性。活性以至少1:4的滴度存在。对人外周血淋巴细胞无内在细胞毒性。预期用于使用人或动物血清进行微量和宏观淋巴细胞细胞毒性试验。也可用作补体的活性来源,用于杂交瘤抗体、同种抗血清和需要非细胞毒性来源的相关应用。

應用

兔血清补体已用于:
  • 施旺细胞(SC)分离用成纤维细胞的补体杀伤[1]
  • 用于纯化SC细胞的Dulbecco′改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)的成分[2]
  • 清除SC分离用成纤维细胞[3]

警告

毒性:标准处理(A)

重構

复溶后,等分并冷冻长期保存(-20°C),或冷藏(4°C)短期保存。储备溶液在4°C 可稳定保存24 h,在-20°C下可稳定保存1个月。
用5 mL dH₂O复溶。
