一般說明

The protein tyrosine phosphatase PTP-PEST is an cytosolic protein tyrosine phosphatase that is ubiquitously expressed in mammalian tissues. PTP-PEST associates with multiple cytoskeleton and cell adhesion molecules suggesting a regulatory role in controlling cell shape and motility.

特異性

Recognizes human PTP-PEST.

免疫原

Baculovirus expressed purified human PTP-PEST

應用

Anti-PTP-PEST Antibody, clone AG25 detects level of PTP-PEST & has been published & validated for use in WB, IP & IC.
Immunoprecipitation: Recommended.

Immunocytochemistry: Recommended.

品質

Routinely evaluated by Western Blot on HeLa lysates.

Western Blot Analysis: 1:500 dilution of this lot detected PTP-PEST on 10 μg of HeLa lysates.
