生化／生理作用
Lysophosphatidic acid (Lyso PA) is considered as a biological modulator of various functions in the cell.[4] It is a potent signaling molecule[2] with growth-factor-like actions.[1] Lyso PA regulates cell proliferation, survival, cytoskeletal modification and calcium influx.[2] It is associated with smooth-muscle contraction and platelet aggregation. It is also known to regulate blood pressure. Lyso PA possess extensive biological actions and is involved in the progression of several human cancer.[1]
