應用
1-deoxysphingosine may be used for the complex preparation with bovine serum albumin for cytotoxicity testing of MN9D dopaminergic neuroblastoma cell line[3] and dorsal root ganglion neurons cultures.[2] It may also be used as a standard for quantification of spingolipids from human plasma samples by liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (LC−ESI−MS/MS).[4]
