18:1 stigmasteryl glucose comprises 18:0 (oleic) acyl group at the C6 position in the glucose molecule and is an acyl steryl glucoside (ASG).[1] 18:1 (oleic) is a major ASG in Arabidopsis.[2]

生化／生理作用

Mutation in UDP-glucose:sterol glucosyltransferase (UGT) enzymes deplete the 18:1 (oleic) and other acyl steryl glucoside (ASG) levels.[2]
