This product is a one-side coated, highly transparent, flexible, ITO coated PEN polymer film. It is a ready-to-use flexible, transparent conducting substrate with low sheet resistance.
This product can be used for rapid fabrication of flexible electronics such as touch screen, Perovskite solar cells[1], sensors[2], and dye-sensitized solar cells[3].

  1. Good morning, What is the surface roughness and the thickness of the ITO on PEN substrates? Would it be possible to pattern the ITO? Do you have thicker ITO-coated PEN substrates?

    1 answer
    1. The thickness of the ITO layer is 300 nm. However, the surface roughness is not tested. Currently, there is no product available with a higher reported thickness.
      Patterning service is not available.
