Tungsten (IV) diselenide is a p-type 2D semiconducting transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) with an energy bandgap of 1-2 eV. It can be used in the fabrication of optoelectronic devices.[1][2]

應用

Tungsten (IV) diselenide can be used for a variety of applications such as fiber laser,[3][4] heterojunction solar cells,[5] and lithium batteries.[6]
