Apiezon®M constitutes the stationary phase for separation of methyl esters of fattyacids from n-pentanoic to octadecanoic acids using chromatography[1]. It is a vaccum grease[2].

應用

Apiezon®M was used in a study to characterize the photodamage to Escherichia coli in optical tweezers (traps)[2]. It was used to coat collecting substrate made up of polypropylene film in Rotating Drum Impactor for collection of size-segregated ambient aerosol samples[3].
