General description

Anti Flag M2-FITC antibody is used for the detection of Flag fusion proteins. This monoclonal antibody is produced in mouse and covalently conjugated to flourescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The antibody recognizes the FLAG sequence at the N-terminus, Met N-terminus, and C-terminus.Binding is not Calcium dependent. F4049 is an Affinity purified antibody, increasing sensitivity in most applications.

Application

Antibody is suitable for immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Ideal for use when detection of Flag fusion proteins is required in a murine host, where secondary antibodies could cause cross reactivity.

Translesion polymerase eta (polη) was characterized for its ability to replicate ultraviolet-induced DNA lesions that stall replicative polymerases, a process promoted by Rad18-dependent PCNA mono-ubiquitination. Recent findings have shown that polη also acts at intrinsically difficult to replicate sequences. However

In this study, we identified posttranslational regulation of human telomerase reverse-transcriptase (hTERT) by the E3 ligase Hdm2. The telomerase activity generated by exogenous hTERT in U2OS cells was reduced on adriamycin treatment. The overexpressed levels of hTERT were also decreased
