REDExtract-N-Amp™ Blood PCR Kit has been used to extract genomic DNA from blood samples, peripheral blood leukocytes, parasites and endocervical swab eluates of mice. It has also been used to perform polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using oligonucleotide primers.

原則
只需加入Extraction Solution并在室温下孵育5分钟,即可从10 μl全血中提取出基因组DNA。向提取物中加入Neutralization Solution,以便在PCR反应前中和抑制物。随后选取一部分DNA提取物,加入专门配制的PCR ReadyMix。
