This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Armenian Hamster IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Peroxidase, Anti-Goat Serum, Armenian Hamster IgG and Armenian Hamster Serum. Greatly diminished reactivity will occur against Golden Syrian Hamster IgG.
