IL-17A(白介素17a)是Th17(辅助T细胞)的促炎细胞因子。它定位于染色体6p12。

免疫原

来自人IL-17A中心附近的19个氨基酸肽。

生化/生理作用

IL-17A(白介素17A)在自身免疫性疾病(如多发性硬化症和类风湿关节炎)的发病机理中起主要作用。它在过敏性鼻炎(AR)中也起着致病作用。它有助于气道上皮细胞中几种趋化因子和细胞因子的形成。
