一般描述
应用
木瓜蛋白酶用于解剖溶液。用于生产抗体的 Fab 片段 [5]。它用于细胞分离，因为它已被证明是更有效的，对某些组织损伤较小。木瓜蛋白酶已被用于分离出生后大鼠形态完整的皮质神经元。有限木瓜蛋白酶消化用于酶和其他蛋白质的结构研究。此外，木瓜蛋白酶在红细胞血清学中用于修饰红细胞表面，以增强或破坏许多红细胞抗原的反应性。木瓜蛋白酶可用于血小板血清学研究。木瓜蛋白酶也用于氨基酸、多肽和其他分子的酶法合成。产品 P5306 以无菌灌装的冻干粉形式提供。已被用于消化小鼠视网膜，研究非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变 (NPDR) 中的 RAGE 轴 [3]。
