一般說明
磷酸二羟丙酮(DHAP)是一种代谢中间体,参与糖酵解、糖异生、甘油代谢、磷脂酸合成、脂肪代谢、和卡尔文循环等多种途径。二磷酸果糖酶催化果糖-1,6-二磷酸转化为DHAP和甘油醛-3-磷酸(GAP)。DHAP和GAP均可作为细胞内磷酸丙糖库。磷酸丙糖异构酶(TPI)将DHAP进一步转化为GAP。在人体中,TPI缺乏是一种罕见的常染色体疾病,由于糖酵解途径的阻断和红细胞中DHAP累积,会导致溶血性贫血和神经系统疾病,甚至死亡。

适用于血清、血浆和其他生物体液,以及组织和细胞培养样本。
原則
高灵敏度磷酸二羟基丙酮检测试剂盒适用于测量低水平的DHAP。在该检测中,TPI会将DHAP转化为GAP,所发生的偶联酶反应可生成一种与所存在的磷酸二羟丙酮量成比例的荧光产物(lex = 535 nm/lem = 587 nm)。该检测试剂盒简单灵敏,能够检测各种样品中0.5 mM的磷酸二羟基丙酮。
