在溶液中自发释放一氧化氮 (NO),激活鸟苷酸环化酶并引起循环 GMP 增加。本品为血管扩张剂,可抑制血小板聚集。它利用分子氧产生超氧阴离子和一氧化氮,自发形成过氧亚硝基阴离子。
溶解时自发释放一氧化氮 (NO),激活鸟苷酸环化酶,引起环鸟苷酸增多;血管扩张剂。
