SRRM3 (serine/arginine repetitive matrix protein 3) is suggested to be involved in alternative splicing. It is responsible for processing of alternatively spliced REST (RE1-silencing transcription factor) transcript, REST-003, into non-coding RNAs. REST-003 participates in regulation of breast cancer invasiveness.
